 Farmers’ Market at Poplar Grove

Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.  

Thank you for your interest in the Farmers' Market at Poplar Grove.  We are now accepting vendor applications for the 2012 season.  

 

bulletPlease carefully read the Bylaws and  Rules & Regulations before filling out this application.  If you are applying for craft vendor status, you must also read the Guidelines for Non-Farm Crafts.
bulletAll new Market applicants must submit the completed application and $20.00 application fee (non-refundable, payable to Poplar Grove).  Applications will be accepted throughout the market season, but vendors are encouraged to submit applications early as the market reserves the right to limit entries to avoid repetition.
bulletPlease fill out the application form completely, including the listing of all products to be sold.  Include a self addressed stamped envelope to be notified of acceptance or rejection by mail, otherwise, notifications will be sent by e-mail.  Submit your application to:

Incomplete applications will not be considered.  The annual membership fee must be paid before vendors can sell at the market.  Final acceptance/rejection may require a far/business visit.  Returning vendor applications are due by February 3, 2012.  New vendor applications are due by February 17, 2012.

Non-Farm Crafts: made with products not grown or harvested by the craft person.

I acknowledge that I have been provided a copy of the Farmers’ Market at Poplar Grove Rules & Regulations, and that I will abide by these rules.  I also understand that my participation may be terminated for violation of the Rules & Regulations.  I further agree to allow representatives of the Farmers’ Market at Poplar Grove to visit the premises where the products I intend to sell are produced.

Hold Harmless Clause and Insurance

All authorized vendors participating in the Farmers’ Market at Poplar Grove shall be individually and severally responsible to Poplar Grove for any loss, bodily or personal injury, deaths and/or property damage that may occur as a result of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents and employees.  All vendors hereby agree to indemnify and hold Poplar Grove, its employees and associates harmless from any loss, cost, damages and other expenses, including attorneys’ fees, suffered or incurred by Poplar Grove by reason of the vendors’ negligence or that of its servants, agents and employees; provided that the vendors shall not be responsible nor required to indemnify Poplar Grove for negligence of Poplar Grove, its employees or associates.  No insurance is provided by Poplar Grove to participants in the Farmers’ Market.

Product Information
