Poplar Grove Plantation is a non-profit foundation dedicated to preservation, education and service to the community.

The Halloween Festival is Poplar Grove Plantation's largest fund raising event of the year.  Come out for safe family fun and help support our mission.

Proceeds this year will be shared with Topsail High School Music Department, New Hanover Pop Warner Cheerleaders, Hoggard High School Latin Club and Hampstead Fire Department.
