Pandora's Psychotic Circus has taken control of the rickety old barn. Tortured spirits, deranged clowns and outcast, sideshow freaks lurk in the claustrophobic darkness.

Halloween fun doesn't get any better than this. Kids love the inflatable rides, carnival games, and pony rides. For tiny tots the Kiddie Funhouse has a charming puppet show and spellbinding storyteller. Worried about the future? Visit the fortune tellers Madams Von Sloopenstein or Deborah. Lots of folks come out to the festival just to stroll around the beautiful grounds and watch the fun.

Volunteers Always Needed Would you like to be a "fun"-raiser? Volunteers, school students, parents and community organizations all work together to help run the festival. Everyone has a good time. The funds raised benefit Poplar Grove Foundation, Topsail High School, the Hampstead Fire Department and other local non-profit organizations. A variety of positions are available. This event is a fund-raiser for Poplar Grove Foundation, Hampstead Fire Department, Topsail High School (THS), Bengals Midget Cheerleaders and other local non-profit organizations. The Halloween Festival is Poplar Grove Plantation's largest event of the year. Come out for safe family fun and help support our mission.
